Madara was the main villain. I think that his one the best villains of shonen history. But people shouldn't be complaining about him not being the final bad guy at least kishi brought him into the story.

Tobirdara was the main villain. Since it was retconned he was the one her started the Akatsuki and came up with gather the Bijuu and is the one who gave Nagato/Pein the rinnegan.

Madara was nothing. He was strong, had cool hair (all that was before he became Juubi Jin and lost both, of course), and when you get right down to it, did nothing. He was manipulated at every step in his career, would have failed almost immediately without Black Zetsu. He is a complete hypocrite (Man seeks peace yet yearns for war) and gave rise to the worst argument of all time: Madara > Ur Fav. That's why BlackZetsuBase exists.

Also, Kaguya wasn't the villain. Black Zetsu was. The villain does the talking, the bad guy does the punching.

Why everyone hates Kaguya as villain.

Because shes a woman. We all know what that means in NV.

But most of all, she was super hyped up and wouldnt even last 3 episodes (unless they lengthened it with fillers and such)

She embodies the hype. So many tech in her arsenal and only a few were used.

She basically is the manifestation of a fodder that has godlike powers. So yes we hate her as a villain but love her as a fodder, sadly.
