From underground a violent solid pillar of water explodes forth. In an instant hell fire is erase. Godaime Mizukage Mei Terumi activated this jutsu to perfectly block Madara's Katon Jutsu.

Water Dragon won't kill Kimimaro obviously, but it will push him towards Mei's Youton or Futton, the same way Mei used it to push Madara straight into Ay's attack.

When Kimimaro is pushed mid air with Water Pillar which he can't dodge (because he cannot anticipate something that explodes right below his feet), he becomes useless. He won't be able to move and Water Dragon will easily capture him and launch him straight into Mei's offense.
