Namely because they can't use the Juubi's full power because they control it, where as it is apart of Kaguya so she doesn't have to "suppress" it and take control. They could still potentially do so, we never saw much Juubi-powered destruction though from Juubi Jins. It's all been Omnyoudon/Gudoudama based basically.
