kaguya is a sum of more pieces. gedo mazou, a human body (mutated with senju and uchiha chakra to have rinnegan), the tailed beasts, the will that is inside bz, the chakra that`s missing and runs through all humans` cells. she isn`t a human that dies from extracting the bijuus, the bijuus are a part of her. whenever you unite all these parts, she comes back to life.
