If anything Madara is influenced by Indra, not Kaguya.

Madara can hear Kaguya only because of the Juubi Chakra he has and the Holy Tree he summoned, he had to absorb it sooner or later.

I dont think so madara survived by his plan. And when he summoned and synched with the mezo he released kaguya who then somehow influenced him to become crazish and then seperated herself from him by becoming black zetsu.
