Here, the tree "talks" to Madara saying to absorb it. Really? Until now, the tree didn't talk.

And this time, she actually talked to Madara to absorb her so that she can have the round two. Round two means she first fought with her sons (Rikudo + his brother vs one-eyed Juubi) because she was so obsessed with power that he got merged with Juubi (maybe intentionally or accidentally)
