Not exactly I don't think, but Kishi did state pretty much that there was still some conflict resolution to be had with him. So maybe a final antagonist position of sorts, but I doubt he'll be a complete villain. Anything is possible though Lol

I believe she is the FV of THIS part of naruto. If he does a part 3 which i really hope he does, i believe that naruto and sasuke will not totally succeed in defeating kaguya. But have it set up with kaguya being the main antagonist in the next segment. I feel she was introduced far to late for the whole series to end with her being final villian.

Naruto will end up being able to free SOME of the ones captured by IT. But kaguya will successfully build an army and the next segment will be an all out interdimensional war. Its set up perfectly for it if you ask me

The first two points aren't convincing at all. Her wanting an army could be for conquering, it doesn't mean there is a bigger villain she wants to fight. And where do you get the theory from that short comical relief means a character can't be the main villain?

About the "new era", we have no idea what that will be. It may mean a Part 3, but we have to wait and see.

It does seem that Hagoromo couldn't save everyone from IT the last time it was casted.
