This is going to be quick cause i need to go..
so kaguya is juubi.. she ate the fruit and got juubis power the tree died.. she made "peace" with her violence so juubi wasn't there.. juubi came after she was gone.. she ate the fruit and thus the seed of the juubi.. she has gained power for a while, like gay with the hachimon.. but eventually the seed turned her into the juubi..
