First, like my previous thread , Kaguya is a demon. I went back and read chapter 646. We find Madara explaining legend to Hashirama regarding the God tree. This proves to me that the Uchiha tablet was left by the elder son. But back to the title read this

. Madara is about to explain to Hashirama that there were consequences to eating the fruit. He stops short and tells Hashirama that after finding out " what happened" he felt hopeless. Fast forward to this week and we see

to repent for our mother's sins. Kaguya was cursed to become the death god demon and the son's fought for her forgiveness.

Look at it this way. In Christianity ,God is a jealous God . Thou shall have no other God before me. Kaguya ate the forbidden fruit and was worshipped as a god. Therefore cursed by the God tree.

It doesnt say anywhere that she was cursed to be the death god...Just coz they resemble, it doesnt mean they are identical. Kaguya has those horn-like things coz she was called the Rabbit Princess. Those are rabbit ears.
