Nah I think it could be those Cloud ninja's. Since Ten Ten needs a cloud ninja to use those weapons it's a possibility that either Samui or that other guy could come back, but then again they would be put in Genjutsu right away if they are back. I'm not sure about this at all, there is a 0.01% chance of this.

Ten Ten needs someone.who knows how.to.opperate the tools and perhaps they were originally his.

On the other hand, when Kaguya was shown a few chapters ago, she seemed to be in a dark place (everyone believes she was within the God Tree). Would be interesting if she was really sealed in one of those tools and Madara casting IT set her free.

We'll.have to wait and see what that was next chapters if it was anything important.
