Kaguya - the verdict.

So yeah, one of the most stiffest, boring, weird and yet overpowered characters basically got owned. Half of the time, she just stood there, did a couple of dimension changes and threw couple of bones, made DBZ Broly's character like a f*ucking chatter-box. The peak of her majestic character was when she let a few tears out in front of Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto even distracted her with the gayest technique ever, if you can call that a technique.

In all seriousness, to me, it looked like she deliberately lost. People wouldn't say they won this battle mid diff otherwise. You know what's Madara in comparison to her as a final antagonist? A solo god, in NB's vernacular.
