I believe that before the PS wore off because of the fact that she had hit some of Sasuke's pressure points, prior to his activating PS, but then it wore off so his PS wasn't weaker or nullified shortly afterwards

Maybe it's because Sasuke didn't go on a head on attack since he was playing decoy he was probably on the defensive.

I find that to be something along the lines of utter bullshit :/ I mean, this person had far more Chakra than Shinju Madara and ater a few minutes of fighting she's like "whew man, I gotta take it easy". I'm not really following Kishi on this one.

Yes for her to be out of chakra after only a few attacks is somthing, but that is the reason she didn't wreck Sasuke.
And if y0ou think about it, her jutsu is...really Haxxed you know. I mean not even Naruto could save Obito after the bone hit. Plus with all the dimension changing, that's got to take a lot of chakra.

But for the person with by far the most Chakra ever to be worn out after a few tries... And to use it consistently instead of other Jutsus she should have... Kishi is doing his best to make Kaguya underwhelming.
