Kaguya from the war was Stronger than when she fough Hagoromo/Hamura

I think you can guess my main contention from the title.

Anyway, here is why i think this:
Kaguya, originally, has 100% of all Chakra ever. when she gave birth to Hagoromo and Hamura, they inherited some of her chakra. It doesn't matter how much. She lost that much power.

When Kaguya becaume the juubi, she had 100% of all the chakra, minus that of Hagoromo and Hamura.
Hamura goes to the moon, his chakra is taken out of the equation. Hagoromo shares his chakra with everyone, via Ninshuu.

The Juubi's chakra is split up into the bijuu. THis is the same amount that Kaguya had when she fought Hagoromo and Hamura.

When the Juubi is revived bu Madara, it is only missing half the kyuubi, as well as Kaguya's mind. That's another topic entirely. One which i don't feel like covering today.

After the black Zetsu Incident, Madara starts absorbing all the chakra from everyone trapped in IT. This is stated to be more than the Juubi, and therefore more than enough to make up for the missing Yin Kurama.


Long Story Short: Kaguya who fought H/H had 9 Bijuu of power. Kaguya who fought N/S had 8.5 bijuu, and chakra absorbed said to be greater than that of the juubi. So don't go whittering on about how "Kaguya was stronger before, the juubi is weaker now, blah blah blah"

I believe Black Zetsu said several times that Kaguya was slowing down/reneeeding to gather chakra for her assaults. She wasn't back to full power against Naruto and Sasuke.

Not sure I really understand your thread but I'm certain that Kaguya was much more powerful when she fought Hagoromo/Hamura.

Besides, she feared killing Naruto and Sasuke because she wouldn't be able to absorb their chakra. With that said, I'm assuming chakra is lost for good after someone dies and countless people with chakra have died. I could be wrong about that though.

She was more powerful back in the day. After all she Did eat the chakra fruit, & did activate infinite tsukuyomi after merging with the shinju & stole everyone's chakra besides her two sons before she was eventually sealed in Hagoromo.

I seem to recall that it was specifically stated that her chakra dispersed into the shinobi. So no. Kaguya at her original power=all chakra that ever existed.

Kaguya in the past before she merged with Shinju and gave birth to Hagoromo and Hamura.

Hagoromo did gave his chakra to human and make Kaguya angry. She used IT to collect back those chakra and only survivor was her sons. She merged with Shinju and create Juubi and attack her sons for their chakra.

After she got sealed inside Hagoromo and Hago became Juubi jin, Hago start to spread chakra again to remaining human that survived IT maybe because they not yet having chakra.

Thats mean. Past Juubi is stronger than current Juubi and had more chakra.

Past Juubi had lost good amount of chakra to the human that received chakra from Hagoromo.

You sure...wasn't her overall chakra compared to Juubi by Sasuke? The way you said it makes it sound like Just the Chakra absorb from IT alone was Greater than Juubi and was then added to Juubi's overall reserve to get Kaguy's reserve.

The question is can Kaguya recharged chakra like a normal Human? If so, then there isn't even a point in mentioning her losing chakra to childbirth...It's like people think giving birth is like having the soul split like RDS. This would apply to Hagoromo sharing chakra also...unless he shared so much that he himself only had a fraction left before he created the baby Bijuu. That is the only way past Juubi could've been stronger than the most recent one, because the Bijuu grew up.

But, then take into account that she did create multiple dimensions in the past...so we don't know if she ever fully recovered from that...so

I agree that the Juubi that fought H&H was weaker than Kaguya though...because it was a mindless beast.


So, we can't really decide one way or the other because Kishi didn't give enough details.
