Kaguya didnt have Preta path or other rinnegan techs

People claim Kaguya could have absorbed certain techs or take the souls of certain people using the 6 paths techs.

Those techniques were invented by Hagoromo. Hence why he is called the sage of 6 paths. He invented those techniques and path jutsu. The only rinnegan abilities she has shown are her dimension techs and IT.

Hagoromo invented the six paths that he himself, Nagato, Madara and to an extent Sasuke used.

Madara and Obito hardly used any

Sasuke has no knowledge of using these techniques, he's just copying what he sees.

Kaguya can use any Justu she wants, it's her chakra to begin with.

Kaguya may have the inborn ability to absorb ninjutsu, but this was never clarified so we can only speculate.

Everyone can absorb chakra, only rinnegan users can absorb ninjustus.

I don't see how she couldn't use the Six Paths techniques.

She is the origin of chakra and has the 9 Tomoed Rin'negan/Sharingan.

Her two sons were born and had separated abilities. One with the Rin'negan and the other with the Byakguan. Hagoromo's Six Paths abilities lie within whatever he inherited genetically from his mother. Also, Sasuke's eye, reminiscent of hers, was referred to as a Rin'negan and is seen as a low scale dimensional shifting ability (Sasuke explains this when he saved Sakura with it), whereas hers is literally shifting the entire dimension. She just doesn't have the need to use any of the useless (in her case) Six Paths abilities as her own abilities besides them are far greater (Speed, chakra arms, planetary level TSB etc.). There's also the fact that she was immensely nerfed in the fight, seeing as how a large Shinra Tensei coming off the strongest being in the Narutoverse would have saved her multiple times. It was plot induced stupidity.
