i dont think its a weakness, i mean kaguya is godlike, people just seem to not realize naruto is almost god like him self.

He can hand over chakra freely as he wants. stated by kurama. So this "entering" was just to get to know how much chakra is needed to follow kaguya into her Dimensions.
