that reply made no sense, if she was the first human to have chakra and had all the chakra, she would have exploded also, madara was born with chakra from parents who had chakra meaning his body was born handling chakra while Kaguya who if human didn't. the body wouldn't know how to process it let alone turn around and rule the world over night. Then grow horns and third eye, if she was born with the horns and eyes in which case yeah she's not human being that there wasn't any chakra to begin with to form it

I am sure Madara will get the power of the fruit and I am sure that Hagoromo somehow knew that his mother will return. However the real threat is Madara. Since the fruit was able to turn normal kaguya into a goddess, what will it make Madara who is talented. It was foreshadowed that Madara will get the power of the fruit. I know it will happen. It always happen when Kishi said that if someone gets a particular something, it will be the end of the world.

Well we don't really know how the fruit works, theoretically you could receive the power over time so that the body has a chance to adapt to it. So it isn't a necessary requirement to be "non-human" to withstand all that power.

Though in the end I am currently also leaning more towards the direction that Kaguya never was a human being.

We have the whole far away thing from the Sage, which was rather suspicious.
She had the Byakugan (or something similar which worked without chakra) before she ate the fruit, which in itself seems to be a contradiction if she just was human.
Then the Rabbit Goddess/Demon title doesn't help much either.
And she came to the Elemental Nations to STEAL the power of the Shinju (a god of creation).
Also the last chapter with the Zetsu Army seems to solidify this claim somewhat, what you need an army for if you have enslaved every living person?
