It would be pis if she showed something other than stupidity. I.e. Naruto falling for Petra despite just reminding himself of its effects. Kaguya needed Zetsu to tell her what to do, and when Zetsu gets fooled or removed both end up in a rut. She barely speaks or acts for herself and thinking for herself is clearly too hard for her.
