I just remebered that Kimimaro's clan was called Kaguya.

All Kaguya members had this markings on their foreheads. Its probably a coincidence or maybe they simbolise Sharingans (also Kayuga had two dots above her eyes)

Kaguya clan was pretty crazy,they were savages,they enjoyed in blood and battles,and they did all this for fun.

In the end this destroyed them,cause they were so lusted for fame and power,that they started a battle which they coudn't possibly win ( attacking Kirikagure)

Rikudo's older son,inherited strong eyes and spirit,and the younger one strong body and chackra.

Maybe with the other brother those powers manifested diffrently, like his older son inherited Byuakugan (strong eyes),and the other strong body (bone manipulation)
