I read somewhere that Obito is a weaker Jinchuuriki then Madara because Obito had to adjust to it first which is why he got bloated and nearly lost his mind but Madara did not have to adjust to it.

I mean juubi chakra or not, the rikudou staff won't help much since she uses natural energy as well.

His uchiha techniques would get absorbed along with his mokuton.

Six path techniques are also futile to her jinchuuriki juubi arms and ash bone technique.

All he has is to travel in and out of dimensions, which would waste his chakra if he starts traveling to all five of her dimensions.

Kishi nerfed Madara more than he nerfed Obito and Kaguya put together and Kaguya was nerfed as well. Nothing was stopping Kaguya from grabbing Sakura or Kakashi and either killing them or taking them to another dimension to absorb all of their chakra or just fight Sasuke when she first warped him and take all of his chakra then kill him then they couldn't beat her.

Obito does actually have a way of killing her. He can eject any object from the Kamui dimension at high speeds whenever he wants. He has also kamui sniped an ash bone, which means he could shoot it straight back at her, and no matter how immortal Kaguya is, the ash bone would kill her.
