Yes Itachi is indeed invisible lol, spelling mistake joke aside, we have only two options:

1. Disregard previous databook hype or manga event if it was never stated again in final phase of manga. For example fourth databook has never mentioned about it and new databook overwrite previous databook if only character has appearance and Itachi had

or

2. Itachi is indeed invicible but Prime Hiruzen is even stronger

Besides that BZ is not Kaguya and he is not smart either

haha good eye... Well Databooks do not override EVERYTHING unless old information is changed.. Kishi didnt even mention yata/totsuka in databook so this means there old definition is still solid

Further more BZ/Kaguya, databook, AND FEATS suggest otherwise

Everyone knows Prime Hiruzen is the strongest... He was stronger than all hokage combined

Black Zetsu is not Kaguya and he wasn't acting as he was when he showed his true colors. He said with the weapons Itachi was but he didn't know of Itachi disease or the side effects of Susanoo which he commented on after the whole Itachi invincible thing. Susanoo kills Itachi so no he's not invincible.
