No dude. She is scared of Sasuke's Yin seal as much as she is scared of Naruto's Yang seal. However, she does not give a damn about Sasuke's own power while Naruto is showing to her that he can give her some serious trouble.

i know you'll get a lot if $hit from people on this, but i agree. if it wasn't for the fact that he needs sasuke to seal her, he would be able to take her for the most part. with all the abilities he gets from the bijuu and his unpredictability, it gives him an extreme edge. they even comment on how they didn't know what to do with him.

Kaguya has the juubi so she can be defeated by taking out the bijuus and rendered extremely weak like rikudou and obito

It will just be more difficult than obito but naruto has also gotten stronger

BZ showed fear of naruto because they can't absorb his chakra because he is always one step ahead of them, that's why instead of trying to absorb his chakra, they are now deciding that they need to kill him, because he is really strong and might find sasuke, and together they might ruined there thousands years of planning.

He wasn't scared of Naruto, he was scared that Naruto and Sasuke may find each other thanks to the Yin/Yang seals they have. If they do then they can seal Kaguya again, resetting his will and plan. He was and he is afraid of both Naruto and Sasuke together, not alone. Naruto can't even do any real damage to Kaguya and she isn't even going all out as until now she tried to avoid killing him. (Its like the Pain fight all over again.)
