Well it can be assumed it wouldn't take long since she is a goddess who has control of her dimensions I mean Obito was pulling out large weapons out of no where those weapons could have been located anywhere in his dimension, she should be able to do it instantly since those are her domains.

I don't see a possible way for you to argue against time. You'd be believing that Kaguya could have won the fight by just leaving the last dimension and then having the sphere expand instantly. She isn't controlling the growth-rate here.

After it detonates, Obito engages in some other battle and tries to use Kamui. Would it even work anymore?

This requires knowledge of how Kamui works. If it's simply just moving the user to a point in space, then Obito would have access to this new dimension that was created. If not, then his dimension would no longer exist and he'd be unable to use it.

This of course depends on the size of the sphere. If it's small enough, he'd be able to send it to the original location where "Earth" is located.

Eh, This is still vague to me. TakL translated some of the chapters and called the dimensions "spaces". So they could be universes but then again why would you have only one world in an entire universe? Though they are indeed separate spaces and are incredibly vast. (according to obito)

If kaguya can create & destroy dimensions then the kamui dimension would cease to exist since destroying a dimension would also mean returning it to nothing.
