Kaguya being the final villain=> Manga is staying for a while

I don't think the manga is gonna end this year because there are a lot of ties there to close, however, I don't think Kaguya might be the final villain.. I think however, she's gonna be involved in the story at some point.

I see great analysis I think so too because even if Kishi wanted to end it this year at this point its impossible due to the long breaks he has taken and because of the 1st reason you posted. I still think it would be hard for Juubi though to just subdue someone who has great resolve like Madara.

As for Madara and the tree and all, if it's about subduing I think that he might be... but not the tree itself, I bet it's gonna be Kaguya through Madara. Like u know, Hashi gave some jutsu to Sasuke to talk-no-jutsu him. So it may happen in the sense that Sasuke will manage to TNJ Madara and when he's about to give up, Kaguya will take over his consciousness and try to put everyone in Eternal Tsukuyomi. And given how Madara is atm Kaguya-Otsutsuki-Wannabe mode, he might have the same end as her: be "eaten" by his own power... As in, overtaken, like it happened to Kaguya because of the power she stole, you know what I mean?
Also with Madara in Kaguya mode, Kaguya might not appear per se, as I said, but via Madara and I think this will involve all Team 7 and they will finally be recognized as the Neo Sannin like it happened to the previous generation, something like that. I know that Minato and Hiruzen commented on that but it feels like we had nothing quite official yet, like it happened with Hanzo and the Sannins.

As for Madara and the tree and all, if it's about subduing I think that he might be... but not the tree itself, I bet it's gonna be Kaguya through Madara. We only know that he loved his siblings and he was especially attached to Izuna and since Sasuke is a lookalike of Izuna well he might have a chance. But when you look at it Madara almost killed Sasuke even soo. He even wanted him to join him as they were the last Uchiha remaining. Damn Izuna's eyes have been abused lol
