Kaguya being a villain is actually a good thing

Because she's so simple-minded and retarded and all she wants is chakra, this gives less of an opportunity for Naruto to TNJ her.

Obito and Madara are complex characters with just as complex emotions; Obito was able to be see the other side because of this. Madara also had a chance of being TNJ'd too.
