Kaguya and Madara are still more powerful than Sasuke and Naruto.

Sasuke already fkd Madara up with the god tree. Once he got his other eye he wanted to hurry and cast IT.

All he did was cut him n half.

Once he got his eye they were in for a battle. Not to mention it was a 2v1 and their win conditions were to touch him.

Adult Sasuke and Adult Naruto have no way to permanently defeat madara. The same goes for Kaguya who could fodderize both Sasuke and Naruto.

Without the seals handed out by hago, they have no way to defeat Madara. Same with Kaguya. Which is why Hago, Hamura, Madara, and Kaguya are in the top 5.

even if the hand seals weren't a factor no form of sasuke or naruto is beating madara or kaguya. The scale of techniques is simply on another level.
