Actually she is afraid. She knows that they possess jutsu to seal her again.
They already almost sealed her when she restrained them with her hair but she released them.
For whatever reason she avoided enton and sasuke's s/t is dangerous to her too hence she saves him after she eats naruto.

And now that i think about it holy tree was afraid of sasuke too. Coincidence? I think not

. Ever thought she moved because they were breaking out and she didn't want to be close for another attempt with the seal? Distance is a factor in a fight after all. Sasuke's S/T is dangerous for her when it's used in a plan along with Naruto but in a 1 on 1 fight with her, what can he do? We know that he can't keep using it since there's a cool down time which is where Naruto can help buy time until it's ready but if she's forces Sasuke to have to use his s/t until he can't then what is he going to do? Her hair got through his Susanoo and hit him and his hawk so not counting on Susanoo for defense that much.

O.T: If both are needed to seal her then the smart choice is to separate them. Black Zetsu is the one who said it would be wise to separate them since together they are needed to the sealing jutsu and they can use strategies together.

She could be worried about his teleportation ability which was able to put her between the them. That worked.

Guy 2 : can't fly, guy 1 is helping him to stay on ''ground'', can't reject BZ and his ninjutsu seem to be useless against her.

Hello...Newbie here too, though I've followed Naruto from the beginning. I think, as some others have already touched on, that she knows they work well together and needs to separate them. Although, she's no fool. She knows Sasuke is smart and a great strategist, so I'm thinking she fears his intelligence and their combined powers. So, yeah..I guess I sort of agree with you.

Umm..I've been wondering, Did it show who Sasuke was going to fight yet. Because it was Kaguya's hand that grabbed him, not Black Zetsu. Everyone says he's gonna fight Black Zetsu, but I'm not so sure. Can someone clarify this for me?
