Seeing how the Rennegan allowed Nagato to master any elemental affinity by himself. Could it be that eating Shinjuu’s chakra fruit gave Kaguya some sort of enlightenment or made her one with Nature Itself? Giving her a mastery of not just raw chakra output, but elemental chakra flow (Like bending from the Avatar Last air bender series)

Idea originated from Juubi’s Tenpenchi and the panel with Kaguya holding her arms out and Lighting striking before her.(although it might just be a normal thunder storm was occurring)

she had chakra like the Juubi and so did her sons

her sons had doujutsu like the Juubi

I agree with the fact that Kaguya's and Hogoromo's Ideologies differ...I've always been under the impression that the elder son followed her path, and her way was inherited down the Uchiha line(Though for me i favored the idea of the elder son coming up with the infinite Tsukuyomi and writing it on the Uchiha tablet...and Kaguya just used overwhelming force to literally beat anyone who opposed her into submission)
