Look at Kagura's face here. as if he had flashbacks of something horrible which i think he killed someone before and regrets it. and now everytime he fights he remembers it
Another thoery i have is Shizuma and Kagura were both candicates to become the next mizukage or swordsman of the mist. Shizuma got denied probably because of his blood lust behavior while Kagura remained. Shizuma wants to rebel agaisnt the village and return it to the bloody mist or he just wants to get rid of Kagura. That's what i think about Shizuma
