This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination.
Background Info.
History: Kagetsu was born into the Sumimora Clan on December 21. Ever since he was little he's striven to become strong. At age 4 Kagetsu asked his older brother a (chunin) if he could train him, but his brother rejected him. Weeks Kagetsu begged his brother to train him and again and again he was shot down, but his brother soon gave in. Kagetsu's brother was very skilled in Lightning Jutsu, so he began with basic chakra control. At age 6 Kagetsu's brother decided to teach him more moderate jutsu such as Chidori and Chidori Senbon, but Kagetsu never was able to preform them for more than a few seconds. Though he failed Kagetsu never gave up. At age 8 Kagetsu enrolled in the Ninja Academy, this is also the age Kagetsu's parent were KIA. With only his brother to look after him, Kagetsu swore never to give up and that he will become stronger to protect his loved ones. He excelled in all basic jutsu, due to his brothers training. Because of his parents death he try's to avoid most people and goes off and reads in solitude. But when someone finds him he's always cheery. At age 10 Kagetsu graduated at top of his class. Now he works on perfecting the jutsu his brother had taught him. During the past six years Kagetsu finally found a nindo that fit's him, "I will risk my life without regrets, so that others may live"
