I believe that once the current flashbacks are over, Tobirama will utiilize TnJ on Sasuke, and belittle the Uchiha clan, Sasuke will rage and want to destroy Konoha. Hashirama would be laughing the whole time, and be humble. Meanwhile, Hiruzen and Minato will grow tired of the Senju brother's procrastinating, and will want to rush to the battlefield, where they will find Madara.

At this point I'm thinking Tobirama won't say much of anything...he clearly wants to go to the battlefield, but will simply wait until Hashirama is done talking/Sasuke makes his decision.

Hashirama will just be completely relaxed no matter what he does.
