Personally think Mu can win this hides until majority is taken care of none of the Kage bar Gaara can sense him all he has to do is stay away from Gaara

Hashirama would b the first to go down tbh everyone would view him as threat.... And attack him a combined combination of tobirama minato onooki and 3rd raikage someone should b able to get a hit in lol adding the kazekage hashirama is not changing terrain without someone else changing it right back not even including mizukages in this lol
Either way someone is gonna get hit in

Next would b either 3rd raikage or Gaara 3rd because of his durability and Gaara due to him being able to attack who ever is in sky while controlling landscape at same time it's too many variables but my money is on Mu And if the kages don't decide to take out hashi together then him

Mū or the 2nd Mizukage have the best chances of winning a Free-For-All on this scale. They both have methods too conceal themselves well from the others. And could both idly wait until most of the competition is killed off. Ironically, if it does come down to both of them as the last ones standing, they will end up killing each other off, so their will be no winner =D

I think a better premise would be "Which Kage will have the highest kill count by the end of the battle."

Of course if Hashirama was in this he would win under both conditions

Muu and the Nidaime Mizukage gets killed in the crossfire. They can hide, but this doesn't mean they can't be randomly killed ( Sand Tsunami ), found ( shockwaves of Tsunade's or the 3rd Raikage's punches ) or KO-d ( flower tree world ).

The last one standing would be Hashirama due to his chakra reserves, defense, offence and regeneration.

I meant that just like the Kyubi and Hachibi can recharge chakra the Sanbi should be able to as well.

So they may have more chakra but theirs can't get replenished like a jinchuriki's can.

I don't even know if I should take you seriously after this comment. She has better stamina feats than majority of the Jinchuurikies or the Bijuu's.

But you have to take into account that she is the greatest medic and medics have great chakra control.

I'm not denying that she doesn't have a lot of chakra but I think you are overestimating her chakra capacity a bit.
