I don't know if the other Kages besides Tsunade have them, and I don't think a slug could stand up to Sussanoo. However, it might be nice as a healer back up.

Only kage with a summoning is Tsunade, although Oonoki does have his giant rock golem.

Tsunade is the only one CAPABLE OF SUMMONING KATSUYU at this time ... because she has a large amount of chakra reserve than the other KAGES...

Katsuyu had just resisted the nine tails massive chakra... maybe it can resist susanoo

Umm.. I'm pretty f'ing positive a summoning will put up a better fight than trying to fight a giant Susano'o on foot. Skyscraper Susano'o... It probably wouldn't change the odds, but still...
