Yeah you´re right BUT even though kimimaro got crushed and buried, he still didn´t die and that without cell regen. And Tsunade, which is high above Kimimaro - I hope you agree with her regen and strength could easily get out of the sand jutsus. Her injuries are healing immediately you remember? So seal her - Ok but not bury her....she could also summon Katsuyu while buried - that would free her...or not? Just thinking....
Here are my thoughts:
Against A - I am not sure with his speed.
Gaara - I am sorry but she would win
Mei - Definitely Tsunade wins
Onoki - A good fight but i think she would lose eventually - the same goes for Mu
Gaara´s dad - She would win.
second Mizukage - I think she would win, I mean the genjutsu is dangerous but cmmon, Gaara - less experienced, nevertheless powerful - figured it out too.

You act like I was a Gaara hater :shrug: but in fact Him and the Sannin are my favourite characters in Naruto. I don´t know...we just don´t share the same opinions on this. Thats all. I'm going to say she can dodge the lava release. She actually does have speed feats.

I don't see the third Kazekage beating her. He has his magnet release but with Tsunade able to break through it and tank the damage that comes from it she could end up putting the third Kazekage into a corner. We don't know about his skill in taijutsu but I doubt in taijutsu he'd be on par with Tsunade
The 4th Kazekage is a Gold Sand User, Sand does present a problem for Tsunade however should a sand user try to bury her summoning Katsuyu will raise her out of the sand. Should they try to squeeze her Katsuyu would protect her similar to how katsuyu protected konoha citizens from shinra tensei. If Tsunade gets close, it is likely she can punch through the Gold Sand defence

Because of her training as a medical ninja and her intelligence I believe she could beat the third raikage. She probablywon't win by beating him to a pulp but by out thinking him.Medical ninjutsu doesn't need to penetrate the skin to attack. In addition the 3rd Raikage doesn't always keep a full raiton cloak like A so he can be caught by pathway derangement. In addition Tsunade is no push over in physical strength and the 3rd Raikage performed his attacks slow enough for people to see, warn others and react to the technique. Tsunade has a 5 in intelligence. IF he is in fact stronger than her, after she lands a counter blow and sees he's not injured and she notices he's stronger, then "why you are hitting yourself no jutsu" isn't that hard to do. A proper strike in the elbow joints would reflexively make his arm come inward and at himself. Being a medical ninja Tsunade would know this. Because the 3rd Raikage doesn't spam raiton cloak like his son, he doesn't tend to move as fast either increasing Tsunade's chances of being able to attack him and counter him.
One more thing about the help thing why wouldn't he have help it's a war...

U should count tht the mizukage had help from kabuto seeing as he's the one tht ressurectted him through edo tensi witch helped him greatly giving him an unlimited supply of chakra and stamina

Gaara could detect the clam.It's not as hard as people think. Gaara could use sand tsunami against the mizukage.The sand would cover the field and he would detect where the real ones are. The difference is that when he did it,his father protected the kages from the tsunami.
dude tsunade is pretty weak she cant beat garaa or A she can put up a good fight against all of them but she will lose to them. this is how i put it she cant beat garaa because he is a long range fighter and wont let her come close she cant beat A no matter how many times she regenarates because he can just smash her head in one blow, and she has no defense against meis lava techniques she cant beat onoki because he can just use his dust release on her and she is dead

You are right, it will come down to who has the large chakra reserve. Tsunade has a 5 in the DB. A has been noted to have Bijuu chakra level so he is no pushover in that department either . It also depends on how great she has been damaged

I must disagree. This takes an inordinate amount of chakra to use continuously and every time she regenerates her chakra gets even more drained.
A is faster so she cant hit him
A has much more chakra, so she'd run out first
By the time A Has punched several holes through her and all that regeneration would take extreme toll's on her body.

It doesn't have to penetrate the armor, all she has to do is touch him, it travels through the nerve impulses to the cns, now if A was smart enough to know what was going on, he could possibly nullify the effects with is own lightning release, but i doubt he is smart enough to figure that out.
