This is why I think she can won against some Kage.

Ok I understand the whole summoning part my bad but ur wrong about kabuto gathering DNA. As spy they never made contact in fact kabuto never seen sasori true body oro who was his partner only saw it once same as deidara

Not to sound rude, but Sasori even though he was a puppet he had a heart which as it was a living part of him, contained DNA. To my knowledge Orochimaru was part of Akatsuki, and Kabuto was his spy. I don't think we know what happened to his original body so who have no idea what part was used to bring him back.

What Ryuu was trying to ask (I believe) is that it's been stated many times that there are others stronger than Gaara, just because he's gotten a bit stronger now doesn't necessarily mean that he's overcome the strongest in the history of the village. There are many quotes to back that "theory" up however there are not any for the opposite. Saying there're no quotes that prove that Gaara isn't stronger is almost like saying there's no quotes that prove that Kakashi isn't stronger than Itachi, you know? (Just givin' some insight)

P.S. About Mei (It's your theory so I'm not attacking it), why she did or didn't do something doesn't necessarily prove anything. More importantly Tsunade is a good Hokage (imo) but she's overestimated at times too. She's not immortal, no way no how, her seal is life threatening and one of the first times she used it she nearly died, her Chakra reserves are very low in comparison to others (indicated to her fatigue during and after battles) and she's a short range melee fight with little to known know jutsu's. Her main attribute is healing and to be fair I doubt she can fight and heal at the same time. Plus A has one arm atm... I think people aren't realising that they are comparing A with one arm to Tsunade full strength... So logically wouldn't two arms be better than her? Just asking.. I'd be interested in seeing Konan vs Tsunade though, disappointed I didn't get to see much of her.

Yes, she can, because she can regenerate her injuris in a few seconds.

Low chakra reserves? WHAT? Healing use a lot of chakra. Tsunade healed herself from Heavenly transfer technique, than she healed Gaara and Onoki. Later she gave chakra to Mai.
Than she was stabbed by 3 Susanoo sword. She survived 3 Yasaka Magatama. She healed herself. And she still had enough chakra to boost Onoki's jinton which destroyed 25 Susanoo clones.

She's reckless and sloppy, she'll never hit her opponents and she'll more than likely tire herself out before she can do some real damage.

Mei,gaara,4th kazekage and Hanzo cause at the time they fought neither of the sannins were in their prime or close to there current strength and if mifune can then I think tsunade can. I might just be saying that only because hanzo is very underatted but at this rate in the manga lots of powerful opponent are getting out done by weak ass people or not so strong people.

what? his ultimate defence is the same .. it may have gotten faster, but I don't see what else has changed since deidara..... 2nd mizukage got oil all over it and stopped it from moving properly.. acid which melts rock would more than melt some sand
