Kages low-diff. The following events happen near-simultaneously at the start of the match:

• The Raikage engages Kabuto immediately. While the Raikage isn't skilled enough to do any real damage, he is fast enough to prevent Kabuto from activating any long-range ninjutsu.
• The Kazekage sets up a giant gold dust wall between the remaining Kage and the two combatants, which serves as a barrier to further prevent any effective long-range jutsu from Kabuto.
• Muu uses the time bought for him to charge up and use a 360 jinton. Kabuto won't have time to dodge or block due to the Raikage, and Kabuto can't tank jinton.
