Distance: same as Sasuke vs Danzo
Mindset: same as manga at that time (Sasuke descending into darkness - imagine that the Kage taunted him about Itachi or something, while the Kage want him killed as an international criminal)
Intel: full for Sasuke, manga for the others

Restrictions: none, but Sasuke might start going blind due to MS overuse.

Scenarios:

1. Sasuke vs. Ay, Darui and Cee
2. Sasuke vs. Mei, Ao and Chojuro
3. Sasuke vs. Onoki, Akatsuchi and Kurotsuchi
4. Sasuke vs. Gaara, Temari and Kankuro

Sasuke is the same as when he fought Danzo, and Kage and bodyguards can use everything we've seen of them (assuming they didn't learn anything new after the Summit and had all those feats all along).
