Cee lacks feats so he gets: Body Pathway Derangement, Lightning Beast Running Technique, Lightening Spider Web.

That is dependent on the scenario. Torune can be taken down by Darui's long range techs.

The problem is that Kumo here has 1 Kakashi level ninja , 1 Kage, and the 4th strongest of Kumo.... Konoha uhh does not, their fire power in this fight is low.

Kumo also doesn't have a summon that can aid them in this fight as well, which does aid Danzo's futon techs. Anyone that touches Torune will most likely be finished with, except Ay due to his lightning cloak. Danzo can also place a CM on anyone he touches to restrict their movements, allowing Fu to take over their body. Ay will be the only real problem during this fight, but he cannot keep up his cloak constantly and with sharingan precog Danzo should be able to read his movements. As soon as the CM gets placed on him, it's over.

But they have a guy who can easily take care of the Summon. For torune that is why I said Darui's long range techs, which are more OP than anything Torune has. Fu can be put into genjutsu by C.

- Kumo is most likely going to start off as a team then eventually they will split up. Forcing Danzo and his subordinates to work as a team, making it quite hard for Darui to place a direct hit on Torune.

People don't understand how dangerous Mei's team is here.

She can easily set up Mist in this area.

She has a Byakugan-eye user to fight in the mist and a member of seven swords men, who has to know the art of silent killing.

Or Danzo can break out his team due to Sharingan seeing through genjutsu. But its better that he reads his attention and does it first [

She doesn't have to. I am pretty sure they have battle chemistry. If Mei puts the the mist and adds acid with it, Ao can simply see the change of chakra to were she sprayed the acid part and avoid those area. And Ao can help Chojuro with that too.

- Ay can blitz through the elephant o-o.....

Darui is a very intelligent and a good tactician.. so he would start of with long ranges. While Ay and C wait. Of course then you have the Danzo and Torune.. but my point is that the subordinates of Raikage are stronger than the Hokage's.. it is only logical that Kumo takes this.

You need someone like Guy or Kakashi to contend with Darui.
