Honestly, I'd only move Mei lower underneath Tsunade and Hiruzen. Her character is strong, but it seems like she's going to always need to either have support or be long distant to do MAJOR damage. Tsunade's close range is monstrous, and Hiruzen is just simply stronger in my opinion.

Well an old oonki fought a unlimited chakra muu evenly till gaara intervended. PLus oonoki has shown a lot more jutsu than muu.

Muu dust realase = Oonoki Dust realase. PLus oonoki has shown a wider array of earth styles.

For HIruzen I said after we see his techs. If u go by old i put him below 3rd raikage. His old self was the strongest kage at the time of death.

well how did oonoki mange to survive against muu for soo long. gaara vs 4th Kazekage + Naruto/Killer b vs Itachi/nagato while the SA was fighting the 2 kage all happend before gaara intervened. he mangaed to survive and it wasn't till his back gave out. so obviously he has some way to deal with his invisibility otherwise it be a rather quick fight

plus if u just go by that logic alone. how does Hashi sense Muu? should muu (by that "logic") be number one on ur list.
