Now we all know that Tsunade is using the last of her power to enter sage mode and revive the other kage and we also know that orochimaru has revived the previous hokage of the leaf. I feel like somehow hashirama is going to get a chance to talk to Tsunade before she dies about what I don't know it just seems like something Kishi would do. They'll probably run into her on their to the battlefield and join forces with the other kage who will definitely need the help of the hokage because they've already failed once. When they show up as the kage alliance madara will enter the battle, wrap the Juubi in susano'o and the real war will begin.
