Do you think Guy would be considered kage level after seeing him fight tailed beasts, obito/tobi and launch madaras
susanoo into kingdom come?
I consider him alot better than tsuande in terms of taijutsu

To be honest, I've seen Gai pull some bigger jutsus than kakashi, while kakashi spams chidori and kamui, all over the battle field.

So yes, Gai is kage level, in my opinion.

But what Gai doesn't have, is Kakashi's level of intelligence. That gives Kakashi a big advantage. Plus Kakashi is much more versitile than Gai overall.

Guy can solo mei and tsunade(current kages)and i think he has a good chance of beating them.since guy beat kisame and has 8 gates it's verry clear that he is kage level.
