Darui is kage level imo. He fought against the gold and silver bros who fought Two kages. One of those kages was the 2nd Hokage and he was wounded by them.

Yamato is not kage level in my opinion, he's like a strong jounin.
Agree that Kakashi, Sasuke and Itachi are but Darui i'm not so sure (he did great during war though, against the brothers).
Naruto and Nagato are demi-god tier for me.

I don't think Yamato deserves the title. He may have Hashirama's cells and it surely gives anyone potential to be really strong, but he still didn't master it on the same level as Hashirama himself or Madara. Having unique and powerful skills is one thing, know how to master and use them to their full potential is a completely different matter. Yamato handles his ability well enough to be an incredible Jounin, but he still isn't ready for the Kage level.
Darui is more complicated. He has the trust of both the Third and Fourth Raikages and defeated Ginkaku, but on the other hand he barely avoided getting sealed during that fight and was saved by a stroke of luck. And while he has a bloodline limit, this skill of his is like a dog that only knows one trick, I really would like to see him do something other than Laser Circus for a change. I would say he is like the Kumo's counterpart of Part I Kakashi, he could be made into a Kage due to his position and for being a better administrative choice much better than B, but he would be what they call "low Kage" since his skills pale in comparision to other known Kages.
The other options are ok.
