Don't you just think the level/quality of Kage's is just decreasing with every new generation.....A is the only one who could be considered to be on a similar level IMO..........

Not really prob the only one would b hokage all the other ones are pretty much on par or hell even better, muu is about the same as oonoki in the manga it seems atleast, yagura sucks and mei is a badass, same goes for gaara, and raikage is almost as tough as his dad IMO of course

tsunade can't be compared to the others, she sucks
muu is better than onoki. he has everything onoki has plus he can go invisible and even the sensors can't find him.

we can't really compare yagura with mei. so far mei is really powerful but we saw only one move from yagura. however second mizukage rules

current kazekage is better.

I wasn't wholly suggesting he was better than Mei either, simply pointing out a few facts which I believed were relevant.

Yagura > Mei based on the fact that even though she has two KKG, is this really comparable to the power of the three tails and Yagura's water release. No.

Minato hadn't peaked and he was probably still as strong as Hiruzen in his prime. And Tsunade is a medic/healer and for supporting purpose not a fighter. I could name 10 shinobi stronger than Hiruzen but not a single medic on the same level as Tsunade.

Gaara hasn't peaked yet either.

The 3rd was something else. It's hard to surpass someone like that in the same category. But A isn't too shabby either!

I haven't seen enough of Muu yet.

I'm not sure on Mei vs Yagura.
