This is ninja world not kid world. They are all high level ninja, if you put them in battle field like that they will gank up on the most impossible one first. If one is good at tnj ppl into team, there will probably divide in 2 team until 2 left. So power in this case is not doing much if someone smart enough to go through all those thing and stay alive until the very end.
The most cunning man is Danzo and he has dozen of izanagi + he can sway the strongest into his puppet with shisui eyes.
