ummm its obvuis oonoki would just destroy tsunade,mei,and gaara with little effort raikage would prob be fast enough to not get hit and prob kill oonoki from him being old and unable to react fast enough

The hokages would win, obviously. . we know all of the hokages and a good amount of their abilities. as for the rest, we only know....

kazekage: 3,4,5 (we've seen 1&2 on statues, but we dont know their abilities)
raikage: 3,4 (only seen 2nd)
mizukage: 2,4,5
tsuchikage: 2,3 (only seen 1st)

The Hokages would win easily. They are the strongest, and only village with 5 relevant Kages. The other villages have less than 5 except miss but they arent as strong

That's a difficult one.

1.)Hokage's have the First hokage..which is > then almost all others..
2.)Raikage has this father..which is nearly invincible.
3.)Tsuchikage has Onoki..along with Muu-sama...which use dust particles.
4.)Mizukage has all the magma and celular attacking heat jutsu..
5.)Kazekage has Gaara with his father and other amazing sand users.

I'd have to pick in the end, if each kage team worked as a team...More then likely Hokage's..But it would be close!
