None of those could beat Itachi. Minato and Tsunade might as well be just Minato, since Itachi will beat Tsunade just by looking at her, and then it's just a convention Itachi v.s Minato fight (which Itachi generally wins). Hiruzen adds almost nothing to Onoki, and Onoki can't hope to win against Itachi, we already covered how he has the Yata Mirror. Mu and Mei is even worse. Mu is far slower than Itachi and will be killed in no time, and the one other invisibility tech we've seen thus far was seen through by the sharingan (which makes sense, since if Mu could fool the sharingan it doesn't make sense how he and Onoki combined lost to EMS Madara when he wasn't trying). Mu can't really do anything to Itachi with the Mirror, but Itachi can easily kill Mu. Mei adds nothing, she'll be one shotted by Itachi. Ridiculous.

Not really, since you can't really back up most of your claims with manga proof 99% percent of the time you are asked for it, so it is just plain wanking, mostly Tsunade wanking but that isn't a surprise.

When you see someone thinking any combo of Kage that is less than 5 members can beat Madara then you know they can't be taken seriously. How would Rounds 2, 6 and 8 beat Madara? Huh? I don't expect a good answer since you're just fanboying.

Go ahead and mention Minato, he can't run a mountain range in a second nor can he teleport to Kunai which all be in the attack zone, since it pretty much affects the whole battlefield.

6. Sharingan sees through Genjutsu, and his Sword Slash or the Kyuubi's Bijuu Dama has enough range to destroy the whole battlefield, including the clam. Well, for #8, if Onoki and Muu can get chakra from the Sandaime Raikage and combine their jinton, I do think it could do some damage to even Perfect Susanoo, considering the Sandaime Raikage's massive chakra reserves and what Onoki did alone with what was left of Tsunade's chakra.

But in all honesty, EMS Madara wins all.
