Kage Bunshin no Jutsu

Sooo since I started with the old-days topics, let me bring you guys back to the bright days of your childhood by asking a question about Naruto episode/chapter... 1! Yes, I am talking about the very start of our shared mania and I have a question that may sound stupid but has always gnawed on me - why was the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu recorded in the 4th's scroll of super-secret very forbidden dangerous sealing techniques? (or so Kishi explains it then?

My point is that this technique, that seems to be rather popular with other characters as well, isn't that amazing imo, to be secretly stored in a forbidden seal scroll. Or am I missing something? Is this Kishi plot-no-jitsu?

It was the tajuu kage bunshin no jutsu which was forbidden since it could create 100's of clones, but yeah who has enough chakra to divide his chakra by 100 and has enough remaining to not die/collapse??? Not a lot of people so it was listed as a kinjutsu.

Now that you mention it maybe it was forbidden for the academy students and only when you reach chunin you can learn it

Naruto told iruka that he learned the first jutsu on the scroll and it was kage bunshin no jutsu, so the other jutsus following it must be higher rank and forbidden jutsus, I think that scroll contained forbidden jutsus too but not only kinjutsus but also more common techniques like kagebunshin no jutsu

It was the Mass Shadow Clone jutsu, whichm can only be performed by very skilled ninja with lots of chakra
Or someone like naruto with HUGE chakra reserves.
I suppose it's dangerous to try it if you've got low chakra reserves, in case you deplete all your chakra or something.

I just found it ironic that naruto couldn't do a normal clone but was able to more than master the shadow clone. But for something to be so forbidden how did Ebisu know how to do it?
