Seems it was your downfall last time, lets start from Genjutsu shall we?



It was a confusing scene the Third had walked into. One moment, he was travelling on a platform made of Iron sand, the next, he lost all control of his magnetism and fell to the ground, landing hard on his side as he rolled to a total stop. Getting up and dusting himself off, the Third attempted to call upon his magnetic chakra but, nothing happened. He could feel the chakra inside him, and almost touch it, but it was as if the Magnetic chakra was water slipping through his fingers, it was there, but he couldn't grasp it or mould it, and so he was at a loss. The Third had no form of sensory, so he was unsure if a barrier of some sorts had done this, or perhaps this area of the world had strong negative poles which stopped him from being able to touch his chakra, but that was highly unlikely.

Glancing forwards, the Third saw that before him was a forest, pitch black, even though the sun was blazing high in the sky. Normally he'd be able to see at least a few meters into the forest from a distance, but from here, it was if a black wall hindered his sights, and as such, he decided to check it out.

As The Third walked through the forest, he realized some jutsu had been cast on it. Even a meter ahead of him was pitch black, like looking into eternal darkness, and multiple times, he bumped into tree's, tripped on roots, and overall struggled. What was an even bigger struggle, however, was that he was blasted by sunlight as he entered the center of the forest. The Third had to use his forearm to block his eyes as they stung from the impact of sudden light, after being in total darkness for an unknown period of time.
What he didn't expect, however, was the tall, brutish man before him. The man was tall, far taller than the Third, and had a strong fighters build, so staying at a distance was to the Thirds advantage, as in a close quarters fight, he might not win. The man also had long, jaggered black hair, like nothing he had seen before. The fact the man was in the dead center of the forest however, left the third Curious, to say the least.

Without any motion, or any movement from himself, the Third trapped the man in a genjutsu. From the ground, a large flower bud would wrap its way around him, binding him in place. As the man was bound, the Third would speak for the first time upon confronting him.

I can only guess this is your doing, its the only logical explanation. Sorry, but i need my Iron sand back,
so you'll have to die.


Afterwards, the flower bud would explode, causing the man to out on the ground. As he passed out, The Third would launch a single explosive kunai towards the mans head, sticking into his skull and exploding, blowing his head off his shoulders and killing him.

Raditz noticed a man emerging from the shadow covered forrest and quickly tried to make out who the man was. It didnt take long for him to discover that it was The Third Kazekage, who was able to manipulate Iron sand to his will. Raditz knew that this Shinobi was no push over. The moment he came into the light, there was a flower that would come from the ground and wrap around Raditz suddenly without the Kazekage making any moves whatever. Something wasnt right, Since the Kazekage wasn't a wood relief user like the Fabled Hashirama senju there should be no way the kazekage had the ability to cause plants or wood to ground from the ground without the need of handseals. Raditz was able to deduct that this was an illusion and in response Raditz quickly molds his earth chakra and release it in a full body surge to drastically decrease the weight of himself. Since he realized he was in a genjutsu before performing drastically lowering his weight hes able to successfully release himself from the genjutsu that was placed on him. once free from the genjutsu he quickly activates his sensory in order to monitor his chakra flow while at the same time allow him to feel and sense chakra natures, to pinpoint the location of chakra, and to discern how many masses of chakra are there. Raditz didnt want that to happen again.

The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.

Good counter. A few things though. Unless your bio has actually seen Hashirama, quoting him as a source is a bit of a stretch. As your bio is from Sunagakure, using my fame is a good notion. The best way to counter this genjutsu however, is to take note that the ground doesnt break. It rises from the ground around you, without disturbing the earth. I also left my move vague purposefully, as if id said something like "Weaves a false handseal and stomps the ground" then the Third Kazekage deduction might not work out. Safer to see the illusion for what it does and doesn't do, than to use Bio's abilities, but it works well non the less.



The Third waited for the man to collapse, but he didn't. Instead, the man spoke and wove a single handseal, this was more than enough to let the Third know that the man had broken the illusion. That genjutsu was a paralyzing genjutsu, and the fact he was able to move his hands into a handseal meant he was free, and the Third had to re evaluate him. As the man made the handseal, and Third watched as he inhaled deeply, before spitting forth a strong blast of Wind. Not having access to his Iron sand hindered him, as he barely used anything else, knowing he could easily fight off anything that came at him. In his mind, He quickly went through the element strength and weakness' noting that fire would generally beat Wind. However, the Third wasn't as adept with the normal elements as he was with his magnetism, and quickly realized he wouldn't be able to produce a fire strong enough to over power the wind, but he could likely perform a jutsu that could create a stalemate, saving him from severe damage.

Without handseal, the Third would inhale deeply, moulding his Fire chakra in his lungs before spewing fourth a strong stream of fire towards the Wind. The two techniques would clash, momentarily clashing, before both faded out, leaving the grass below scorched and dead. With the wind neutralized, the Third knew he had to go on a better offence, as using Illusions all day would get him no where.

Weaving a quick handseal, the Third would slam his hands onto the ground, Creating a large portal over head that would extend to just a meter in front of the third. From the portal, a large stone lid would drop, aiming to crush the man, but the Third wasn't done there. As soon as the dome left the portal and was dropping, The Third would weave two more hand signals, opening another portal above the lid, which would cause a sticky mud to drip down over where the lid would fall, sticking the lid to the ground and hopefully making escape impossible.

Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

With the opponent weaving a single handseal, Raditz' chakra sensing was able to alert him of the mass of chakra above him. In response, Raditz quickly molded wind chakra and focused it to the soles of his feet. During his leap to his left, he would release streams of wind from the soles of his feet allowing him to reposition himself just out of the range of the earth that dropped to his previous position.

Ok. Slight issues here, in the sense that you just died. Heres why. You missed a critical part of my Move where i stated "would extend to just a meter in front of the third." Now, we're Mid range from each other, so lets say 15m. That portal extends 14m in every direction with you in the center, and with that technique, theres no way you'd be fast enough to out run a dome THAT big. You'd more than likely be crushed. Your better option would have been to use either "Lightning Release: Thunder Up" or Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado". These two moves would have worked nicely for the sole reason that they have coverage. They'd protect you from not only the dome, but also any debris that would come down. Also, due to interactions, either of these techniques would continue on as B rank, meaning they'd also counter the Mud. So you'd be able to counter two jutsu with one. Thunder dragon would be better as it has versatility, if i continued with the Mud, you could counter the mud, if i chose not to, you could use the dragon to attack me with B rank strength, forcing me to defend it. Also, as the Mud portal can be opened anywhere, i could very easily continue with the time frame, drowning you in mud as you failed to counter the mud the demonic illusions. So rn, the timeframe would be Dome-Wind-Mud-Illusion. You'd be drowned and crushed by mud, by which time i could easily follow up with either Lightning or Fire, and kill you with little to no effort. Also you need to account for the shaking ground the dome would create as you'd be very close to it.



The Thirds dome began falling, and he watched the man began rushing off to the right of the Third. As the man darted, the shadow of the dome would obscure the Thirds vision, however, just before hitting the ground, the Third would see the man dash out from the side of the dome, just narrowly dodging the crushing earthen lid. The man was clearly lucky, that was the best judgement, as he'd escaped by the skin of his teeth, but the Third was not about to let up.

Slamming his hands together, the Third would channel an element he was more familiar with, Raiton. Raiton, being a primary use with Magnetism, helped the Third better gauged the techniques he needed, as he wasnt as familiar with his Doton and Katon release natures. As he slammed his palms together, the lightning chakra would dash back and forth between his palms as it began to crackle and strike out. As the technique was ready, the Third would slam his palms on the ground once more, unleashing the chakra through the earth and towards the man who'd just dodged the lid. As the tendrils where released, they would travel along and through the earth getting closer to the man. The tendrils would then flare outwards, somewhat like a claw, and slam into the man, piercing him from multiple angles and hitting major organs, killing him upon impact.

Using the formation of five hand seals, Raditz will mold his chakra into his mouth. Raditz will then unleash the Wind from his mouth, causing it to be released in the form of a guts of Wind. Shape manipulation is applied, forming it into a net of Wind, which is tangible. This net is capable of overpowering the lightning due to it's interaction and continue towards the opponent, slicing through the opponent, being made of thin threads of Wind chakra.

(Fūton: Kakeami no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Cast Net Technique

Raditz took the opportunity to reach down to his legs and unstrap the leg weights before dropping them to the ground during Kagara's defense against the wind jutsu. Next, Radits molds his wind chakra at his lips before blowing, allowing him to release two simple blast of wind at Kagara's chest and head during his advancement, quickly closing the distance between them both due to his newfound speed.

Once more, the Third was forced into using Elements he wasn't so sure with. The man easily dealt with the tendrils, once more utilizing wind chakra to do so. It was becoming quite the back and fourth, and the Third knew that he would have to began taking this a little more seriously, as trying simplistic tactics was truely getting him no where. However, first he would have to deal with the slashing winds coming towards him, before he could deal with the man as a whole.

Channeling his fire chakra into his right arm, the Third would aim to create a barrier of flames to protect him. Once the chakra was moulded, the Third would swing his arm horizontally, unleashing the built up chakra, and creating a fierce fire wall a few meters in front of him. The wind would clash with the wall, meeting ample resistance before dispersing. As the wind dispersed, the Third would release his hold on the fire, allowing the wall to fizzle out leaving the grass below heavily scorched and burnt.

As the flame wall dropped, The Third witnessed something that he was not too keen on going up against, the dropping of Leg weights.
The Third was good, but even he was unsure if he would be able to keep up with the now additional speed. Without wasting time, the Third weaved a single False handseal, and stomped the ground slightly. With this, the man would already be trapped in his illusion. The ground beneath the man would suddenly erupt with snakes, weaving their way up his body and binding him in place, locking his arms to his sides and wrapping around his neck, aiming to choke the man out.

Once the illusion was placed, The Third would use the False handseal used to make the genjutsu more believable, and move onto his next jutsu. With that handseal, the Third would channel his chakra beneath the man, infusing a little bit of lightning chakra into it as he create five wires made of chakra under the ground. As soon as the wires form, they would burst out, wrapping around the man. Two wires would coil around each leg, digging into the skin. Two would burst out in front of the man, wrapping around his shoulder and under arms. The final wire would burst out behind the man, wrapping around his neck. Once all the wires where in place, the Third would use hand gestures to pull the front and back wires back into the ground while still wrapped around the man. The result would be the wires around the mans neck would dig into his neck, slashing the main veins and eventually decapitating him as the two wires around his shoulders dragged the mans dead corpse to the ground.

Description: The user will expel chakra outwards, from theur hands. The chakra will create a set of 5 wires, thin and sharp but strong, which will immediately wrap around the opponent. While they can be used on their own to powerfully constrict the opponent, they can be used more efficiently by adding an elemental nature to them. Strong elements (Earth, Metal, etc) or Slicing elements (Wind, Lightning, etc) will strengthen or sharpen the thin wires, which will allow them to slice through flesh and bone by the inherited constriction force. Other elements may weaken the body itself, allowing the said slicing effect (Fire burning, Rotting elements, etc). Elements that do not fall in these characteristics will simply add their characteristics to the wires, but will only have the tight grip of normal chakra wires, and not the slicing property.
With one handseal, the wires can be shot from the ground upwards, binding the target. The user can gradually increase the sharpness and the tight hold of the technique by hand gestures (when he uses it from his hands directly as "whips") or by maintaining the hand seal (if used from the ground). The wires are only able to severe the thinner limbs/weak spots and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
Note: If used from the ground, can't perform any further jutsu until the grip is released.
Note: This jutsu can only be used thrice per battle, at max 1 usage every two turns.
Note: The wires follow the element's and rank's weaknesses and strengths.

From there Raditz rapidly spin while descending upon Kagara with his glowing blue sword causing him to resemble buzz saw capable of fatally cutting down the center of Kagara.

I used the false handseal for the genjutsu as the handseal for the second technique, so only 1 handseal was made overall, just watch out for that, it doesnt make your move wrong, but it could in the future.

Secondly, the actual jutsu you used. These wires can reach up to Mid range, even with leg weights, you arn't going to be capable of leaping fifteen meters away before my jutsu breaks the earth surface and grabs you. This point could be debated, as Leg weights do increase speed a lot, but i feel in this situation, at our levels, you wouldn't be nearly faster enough, once more getting grabbed and succumbing to the jutsu.



This man was starting to become a bother. Everything the Third threw at him, he managed to escape by the skin of his teeth. Before the Thirds Wires could even burst from the ground, the man would leap up into the air, dodging them before they even broke the surface. This would give the Third definitive proof that the man likely had some way to sense chakra, whether it was the normal chakra sensory methods, or some other type. That didn't mean, however, that the man would escape. As he flew towards the Third, he would make a singular handseal before holding his hands out. From there, a large blast of Lightning would erupt, forming a huge wall which would stretch high enough to engulf the man if he continued forwards. As the wall was release, The Third would be leaping backwards,
keeping as much distance between the two as possible, as with the leg weights off, The Third was unsure if he would be able to keep up with the man. The Third would attempt to keep the man at mid range at least, giving him enough time to counter his movements at that distance.

The Third was getting sick of this man, so many chances at Death yet he kept evading it by the skin of his teeth. As the man crashed to the ground, he watched as he began hovering Kunai around him, a technique he recognized immediately, as the man began using Magnet release. Although this was the more primitive version of his own, it appeared that the man was able to utilize his Magnetic chakra while the Third was not. Now angry, the Third would weave a single handseal and begin moulding his Katon chakra, before unleashing two large dragon headed fireballs, launching straight towards the man aiming to burn him alive and turning the Kunai to liquid metal, but that wouldn't be enough.Weaving a second handseal, as the fireballs flew, The Third would manipulate the earth behind the man, forming it into several spikes behind the man which would protrude into his back, skewering him multiple times and causes his death.

(Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique

It was time to make a last ditch effort. he was stunned from the lightning wall and with his sensory, Raditz was able to make out Kagara molding fire chakra while weaving a handseal. What was coming next wasnt going to be good. As the fire technique was released towards Raditz immobile body it melted the kunai he threw and continued towards him. He had no other choice using his sheer will power to win and his chakra control, it took a single moment to release the first three of the Eight Inner Gates this made the skin to become a darker red due to the increased blood flow. With the strain on the body and the overflowing chakra he was able to regain his ability to move. It took him just another moment to vanish at extreme speeds and avoid Kagara's fire technique.

Careful, you didnt post EIG, and if i was to go against my own special rule, i could quote and end it here, as by not posting a jutsu, that action doesn't occur, and as such, your flicker evasion would fail to occur and you'd burn to death. Also, your flicker evasion wouldn't actually counter my Earth spear. Ill edit this part if im wrong, but as you didn't do anything to stop the spear, im pretty sure the timeframe would be Fireball>Evasion>Spear>Magnetic genjutsu, but i might be wrong on that one, as im unsure myself.



The Third was hoping this would be the end, the paralyzed man surely would be done for, but as he appeared to the Third's right side, away from the fireball, covered in a red cloak of chakra, the Third merely Sighed. This man was like an ant dodging a boot, running around doing its best just to survive, even though being crushed would be inevitable. With a single handseal, The Third would manipulate the ground around the man, and altering the terrain, by creating a pit which would extend to just a meter in front of the Third. The whole would suck everything up, including the man, dragging him backwards into the sinkhole where he would be crushed under the ground. However, The Third wasn't done there. Going back to an older strategy, the Third would weave two more handseals, summoning a large portal above the pit, extending to the same radius as the pit. As the mud dropped, it would also be sucked into the pit, trapping the man properly this time under the ground where the mud would restrict all the air, suffocating him for good.

(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

( Hachimon ) The Eight Inner Gates

Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. The user opens the gates in sequence, up to the desired gate to achieve its effects. Opening the gates is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired gate. EIG Masters can do so easily and in a passive way (not spending a move). When one opens up to a given EIG, that opening lasts 4 turns. Opening additional gates upon the last turn of the active opening adds 2 turns. However, there is an exception. Opening the last and 8th gate can only be done for 2 turns, even if the user opens it immediately.
(Kaimon) - The Gate of Opening: The user activates The Gate of Opening or First Gate, which is located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles so he can begin to access 100% of their strength. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus. This gate adds +5 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 1.5x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -5 damage per turn.
(Kyūmon) - The Gate of Healing: The user activates the Gate of Healing or 2nd Gate (also named Rest Gate) which is located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. This gate adds +10 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -10 damage.
(Seimon) - The Gate of Life: The user activates the Gate of Life or 3rd Gate which is located in the Spinal cord. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. Allows the user to use Hidden Lotus. This gate adds +15 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2.5x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
(Shōmon) - The Gate of Pain: The user activates the Gate of Pain or 4th Gate (also named Wound Gate) which is located in the Spinal cord, lower than the Seimon. Increases the user's strength and speed. May cause muscle tissue to begin to tear on use. This gate adds +20 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
(Tomon) - The Gate of Limit: The user activates the Gate of Limit or 5th gate, which is located in the abdomen. Increases the user's speed and power. This gate adds +30 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3.5x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
(Keimon) - Gate of View: The user activates the Gate of View or 6th Gate, located in the stomach. Increases the user's speed and power. Opening of this gate releases such enormous amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. This gate adds +40 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 4x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -25 damage.
(Kyōmon) - The Gate of Wonder: The user activates the Gate of Wonder or 7th Gate which is located below the stomach. Those who open this gate will pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. However, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds after exiting this gate, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger without great strain on the user's chakra. This gate adds +60 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 7x faster. This gate also adds +20 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -40 damage.
(Shimon) - The Gate of Death: The user activates the Gate of Death or 8th Gate, located at the heart, requiring the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it, enabling the user to achieve what is described as The Eight Gates Released Formation" ( Hachimon Tonkō no Jin ). Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam, the so-called Steam of Blood ( Chi no Jōki ) from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Exceeding the power of every other gate, the user is temporarily granted approximately a hundred times their normal power, far beyond that of the five Kage. Once activated, those who are capable can perform the Evening Elephant and the Night Guy. The side effect of opening this gate is that it comes at the expense of the user's life, causing the user to crumble to ash after their chakra runs out, having virtually cooked themselves from the inside-out. This is unlike opening the other gates, which simply injure or damage the body. This gate adds +120 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 8x faster and allows the user to warp space with his speed.


Note: The EIG users can only open the gates twice per fight, meaning that if he allows the EIG opening to time out, he can only open the EIGs once more during the match. EIG Masters can open EIGs three per battle if the first two uses are only up to 5th gate
Note: Starting with the fourth gate, EIG users begin to feel the side effects of each gate as they time out. EIG Masters don't suffer damage from opening up to 6th Gate, being left unable to move correctly for 2 turns and unable to mold chakra above S rank in the next turn. EIG Masters will feel the side effects for opening 7th Gate and up.
Note: The user cannot use other self powering techniques (such as custom variations of Lightning Armor, Sage Mode, etc) while he has EIG opened
Note: Opening the 8th Gate kills the user at the end of the 2 turns it remains opened.



After successfully avoiding the fire technique Raditz was able to use his chakra sensing to notice Kagara molding earth chakra while weaving a hand seal. During the handseal, Raditz grips his katana while rapidly vibrating his chakra to form lightning chakra before focusing it to his sword gripped hand to flow lightning throught the blade of the Katana. As the ground began to tremble from the activation of Kagara's earth jutsu Raditz stabbed his katana through the ground allowing him to release the lightning flowing through the blade into to the earth. Thanks to lightning interaction with earth he was able to cease Kagara's jutsu without much thought.

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.

Kagara didnt stop there. He continue molding earth chakra while weaving another two handseals causing a portal to open above Raditz and release mud from it. In response, Raditz used his speed to quickly avoid the mud and reappeared behind kagara's immediate location. This meant that he was close range of the opponent.

Description:
A skill usable by all EIG users and masters, once one has opened at least one of the EIG, he will move at high speeds to dodge, attack or defend from techniques. The ability pertains to movement in the battle field, meaning running, walking, jumping, dashing, etc and its speed depends on the Gate currently opened.
Note: This version can only be used by EIG masters with at least one gate opened

Raditz then cast a genjutsu which is a purely physical genjutsu. Kagara will experience chains that shoots from the ground and completely wrapping around his body completely disabling his movements. Once the genjutsu is casted, Kagara wouldn't be able to move which gave Raditz the opportunity to release a powerful forward push kick using his right foot. Raditz' push kick was capable of send Kagara sliding against the grassy field up to 5m. Raditz made sure that wouldn't Kill Kagara. He wanted to provoke Kagara by showing him How far the table has turned for him.

( Genjutsu: Shibari ) - Illusionary Arts: Binding

Description: A very simple yet powerful paralysis genjutsu. The user will cast an illusion which sole purpose is to restrict and paralyze he target. The technique can be cast on more than one opponent at a time, though with the cost of power. The stronger the user is in genjutsu determines how strong their technique is. Non-genjutsu specialists can only cast only use the C-ranked version of this technique and use it on up to two others making the hold D-rank for each individual person. Users with genjutsu as their secondary specialty can use the B-ranked version of this technique and cast the jutsu on a maximum of three people. Users with genjutsu as their primary specialty can use the A-ranked version of this technique and cast the technique on a maximum of three people. Members who specialize in genjutsu are immune to this technique being placed upon them on others with a lower skill level than them; i.e a users with a secondary specialty can't use this on a primary specialist, only those of equivalent rank or lower can be caught with this technique.
