We know tobi is not madara,itachi,shisui and itachi's dad. But if tobi is a character we know that means we are looking at him right now.

Funny enough all the candidates of tobi make a T in this picture.

But also izuna and sasuke have the same hair colour which is black with tint blue.

Obito and kagami are the only characters which pure black hair.. just saying..

Those are two different techniques as one is shown from Kushina (Chakra Chains) and the other, Tobi via Rinnegan via Outer Path (Chakra Chains).
