kabuto's trump card-edo madara

i dont know if its just me who's wondering how kabuto got madara's DNA, the last tym i checked madara died in his underground hideout and he may still be there(i dont think obito would just bury him anywhere, seeing how ninjas bodies hold alot of secrets)....so where did kabuto and oro get the DNA to preform edo tense?
