I must admit that what you are saying makes sense but, have you seen the snake that is attached to him fight? I remember seeing Itachi stab it and then it turned to liquid and reformed. I'd also like to add that Ma and Pa frogs both could also speak so it is not inconceivable that Kabuto's snake does communicate with him. I am even sure that he was with him before he went to the Sage snake.

However I highly doubt that it is Orochimaru. Last time I saw him, he was sealed by Itachi :/

It turned to liquid because its a part of his body and he has the Hozuki Hydration technique and it has been fighting. What you said even helps prove my theory because if it was attached like Ma and Pa then it would have the Hozuki Clan''s ability. Also my theory about Oro is that he has to be dead to be seal the same reason he wasn't in the belly of the death god after the reaper death seal... is because he didn't die then. He survived Reaper Death Seal, He Survived Sasuke, Why couldn't he not be sealed this time because he's alive somewhere?

Actually Naruto transformed into Sage mode without any side effects which means that he has a more complete version, that is basic logic dude and I would even go as far as to say that it's 'FACT' IMO

no offense but you miss something
kabuto looked like a snake before he mastered the sage mode....
the only new things are the horns and the makeup

he is actually in snake sage mode
but he took abilities from others, cause of that makes him a dragon
read the japanese/chinese dragon mythology then you understand

as long as sasuke has the cursed seal
oro has the chance to take sasuke over only when itachi missed to seal oro away
i am always wondering when people think that he will take kabuto without the cursed seal
oro take over-jutsu works only on people with the cursed seal
